UX Researcher

Job Responsibilities
- Understand user needs, behaviors, motivations, pain points, and decision-making patterns.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, product studies, and research analysis.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research data.
- Turn research findings into clear insights, reports, and practical recommendations.
- Identify usability issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Support product and design decisions with evidence instead of assumptions.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Development, Academic, and Business teams.
- Help the team build better, simpler, and more user-centered digital products.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in UX research, product research, user interviews, usability testing, or digital product analysis is preferred.
- Freshers with strong analytical ability, research mindset, and good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, digital products, and user-centered design thinking.
- Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare structured research reports and present findings clearly.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Google Sheets, Figma, Notion, Miro, Maze, Hotjar, or similar tools will be an advantage.
